Sammy is a dedicated Birth Doula and certified yoga instructor specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Her journey with yoga began at the age of 18 and deepened after the transformative experience of giving birth to her daughter in 2016. Over the years, she has studied and taught in diverse settings, including the UK, Peru, and Bali, bringing a wealth of experience and cultural insight to her practice.
After leaving a demanding career in the Film & TV industry to embrace motherhood, Sammy discovered the profound impact of yoga as a holistic lifestyle. Yoga became her anchor, helping her navigate the challenges of motherhood and life with balance, mindfulness, and resilience. For Sammy, yoga is not just a practice but a path to connect with one’s inner light and authentic self.
Inspired by her personal journey and passion for supporting women, Sammy created Mamaste, a brand dedicated to empowering women at every stage of their lives. Mamaste is a heartfelt initiative offering yoga, doula support, Women’s Circles, and retreats to help women heal, find their voice, and reclaim their power.
Sammy’s classes are welcoming, creative, and dynamic, blending strength and softness. She fosters a warm, supportive environment that encourages students to tune into their breath and body, cultivating inner awareness. Her classes are accessible to all levels and ages, and she is deeply passionate about helping women unlock their inner strength—a journey she continues herself.
As a Birth Doula, Sammy describes her work as her dharma—a heartfelt calling to serve. She is passionate about guiding women through the sacred transition from Maidenhood to Motherhood, helping them reclaim birth as a rite of passage. Through emotional and physical support, she empowers her clients to move beyond fear and pain, embracing birth as an experience of powerful transformation.

What is Yoga

What is Birth Doula

Unlike medical providers, doulas focus on the mother’s comfort, empowerment, and well-being throughout the birthing process.
Doulas offer services such as:
